Browse our store, add the item you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your name, phone number, delivery location, and any special instructions. No account required. We process all online orders within 30 minutes during business hours.

Spotted an item you like? Click the WhatsApp icon on the product card. This instantly opens a WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message about the product you selected. Our representative will guide you through the order and arrange delivery.

Prefer to speak to someone directly? Simply call us and one of our representatives will take your order over the phone, confirm item availability, and arrange delivery right away.

We offer a 5-day return window from date of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving. We test the item at our workshop. If a genuine factory defect is confirmed, we offer a replacement or store credit/refund. Issues from power surges or physical damage do not qualify.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, items with missing serial numbers, or items damaged by liquid spills or physical force.

All premium electronics are logged with Serial Numbers prior to delivery. No refund is processed until a 24-48 hour technical inspection verifies the returned unit.

Except for verified defective items, the customer covers all transport costs for returning the item to our Kampala office.

Approved refunds processed via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply for opened but undamaged packaging.

Our team is working hard to build a real-time order tracking feature that will allow you to follow the movement of your package step by step. This feature will be available soon.

In the meantime, you can easily check on your delivery by calling your delivery rider directly - we will share their contact once dispatched. Or call or WhatsApp us and our team will give you a real-time update.

Pay via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money to any of our provided numbers. Send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we process your order immediately. You can pay before or on delivery.

Pay cash to our delivery rider on arrival. For orders above UGX 350,000, we require Mobile Money payment. You may also split payment - part by Mobile Money and remainder in cash as long as cash portion does not exceed UGX 350,000.

Full payment via Mobile Money is required before items are dispatched via taxi or bus. Cash on delivery is only available within our direct delivery network. Bus and taxi transport fees range from UGX 5,000 to UGX 20,000 depending on item size.

When placing your order, you can drop a Google Maps pin in the order form to share your exact delivery location. This helps our rider find you quickly and accurately.

We deliver across Kampala and its major suburbs, including Munyonyo, Buziga, Bweyogerere, Ntinda, Ggaba, Makindye, Makerere, and many more.

Include clear landmark-based directions in your order notes. For example: "Behind Shell Kireka, second gray gate on the left" or "Makerere, Ham Towers near the main gate."

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM within Kampala. You can expect your items within 20-40 minutes after order confirmation for most Kampala suburbs. For Jinja - same day via taxi. For Lira City - bus parcel, next morning pickup. Fees UGX 5,000-20,000.
